Dear Senator Hueso, (San Diego), (Chairman of the Standing Committee on Energy, Utilities and Communications)

Pacific Bell’s “landmark” agreement with the city of San Diego to be upgraded to fiber optics, here called ‘VDT” — Video Dialtone — by 2010. Here is the map of San Diego, CA and the coverage with fiber optics to all by 2010.

All of California was supposed to be upgraded, starting in 1994.
